Welcome to Saving Grace Bible Church!

We are so happy you will be joining us and allowing your children to attend our Sunday morning ministry programs. When you arrive, please enter the children's wing and you will be greeted by our check in coordinators. If you have pre-filled out this form, they will be able to quickly print off name tags for your children and a security tag for you and direct you to the proper classrooms.

IMPORTANT: 

  1. WHEN REGISTERING, PLEASE ADD ALL YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS, INCLUDING YOUR SPOUSE SO WE HAVE CONTACT INFORMATION FOR BOTH PARENTS. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PUT DATE OF BIRTH OR MEDICAL CONCERNS FOR THE PARENTS
  2. WE DO NEED THE DATE OF BIRTH FOR EACH CHILD ENTERED IN THE SYSTEM AS WELL AS ANY MEDICAL CONCERNS OR FOOD ALLERGIES.
